Pricing
There is no setup fee and no invoice for the build. One monthly price builds the site, hosts it, changes it and reports on it, and it does not go up in the second year. The site, and the domain if we registered it, are ours until the twenty-fourth month and yours from it. We design your homepage before you pay anything.
We also do SEO, ads and social media as separate monthly services. Ask on the call.

Why month 24?
You never pay for the build, so we hold the site and domain for two years to make that worth doing. From month 24 both are yours outright. Cancel any month before that: no fee, nothing to settle, you keep your words and photos.
Prices are final. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add. The first payment is the month the site goes live, by Direct Debit through GoCardless; card or invoice if you prefer. The terms page says exactly what leaving early means.

Three ways to get a website
We aren't the cheapest option in every case and there's no point pretending otherwise. These are the three ways to solve this, and what each one actually costs.

The figures in the first two columns are market ranges rather than our estimates, read off other people's published prices in August 2026. If your case is one of the first two, we'll tell you on the call. Two things the blocks above leave out: a site built on Wix or Squarespace lives on a platform you rent, so the content is yours and the site is not; and with a freelancer or an agency, changes after launch are usually billed by the hour. We build one-off sites too, if that is what you need.
We're new
Three client sites are live and none has six months of history yet, so we won't show you results that don't exist. This price is yours for as long as you stay, even when it goes up for people who arrive later.
Leaving
Cancel by email in any month and the Direct Debit stops that day: no notice, no exit fee, nothing to settle. You keep everything you gave us, your words and your photographs. What you don't keep, before month 24, is the site or a domain we registered for you. We built it and charged nothing, and holding both for two years is what makes that worth doing. From month 24 they are yours outright, and a domain you brought with you was always yours.
Thirty minutes, and we design your homepage afterwards. If you don't like it, we leave it there and you owe nothing.
