There is no setup fee and no invoice for the build. One monthly price covers building the site, hosting it, changing it and reporting on it, and it is the same in year two. The site, and the domain if we registered it, belong to us until your 24th monthly payment and to you from then on. You can cancel in any month. We design your homepage before you pay anything.

Why month 24?

You never pay for the build, so we own the site and the domain for the first two years to make that worth doing. From month 24 both are yours outright. Cancel in any month before that, by email: no exit fee, nothing to settle, and you keep your words and photos.

Prices are in US dollars, and they are what you pay. No sales tax is added today; if a state's rules ever require it, we'll tell you before it appears on an invoice. The first payment is the month the site goes live, billed monthly by card or ACH bank debit. The terms page says exactly what leaving early means.

The figures in the first two columns are market ranges, not our estimates, read off other people's published US prices in October 2026. If your case is one of the first two, we'll tell you on the call. Two things the blocks above leave out: a site built on Wix or Squarespace lives on a platform you rent, so the content is yours and the site is not; and with a freelancer, changes after launch are usually billed by the hour. We build one-off sites too, if that is what you need.

We're new

The price reflects it.

Three client sites are live, two in Portugal and one in England, none in the US yet, and none has six months of history, so we won't show you results that don't exist. This price is yours for as long as you stay, even when it goes up for people who arrive later.

Leaving

Leaving costs nothing.

Cancel by email in any month and billing stops that day: no notice period, no exit fee, nothing to settle. Some pay-monthly studios ask for a 12-month minimum or charge you to leave; we don't. You keep everything you gave us, your words and your photos. What you don't keep, before month 24, is the site or a domain we registered for you. We built it and charged nothing for the build, and owning both for two years is what makes that worth doing. From month 24 they are yours outright, and a domain you brought with you was always yours.
