Cookies
This site does not use cookies.

No cookies, no advertising trackers and no consent banner, because there is nothing on these pages to consent to.
01 What we set
Nothing. No page of teialoom's own sets a cookie, which is why there is no banner asking you to accept one. One page stores something in your browser: the client brief, which we send to people building a site with us, keeps the answers you have not sent yet, in that tab only and for 30 minutes after your last answer, so a refresh does not lose them, then deletes them; it also clears them when you send it. They stay in your browser and reach us only when you send, and because it is what you asked for, it needs no banner. The fonts and the images are served from this domain rather than borrowed. One thing does come from somewhere else: Umami, which counts visits and which of our contact links are pressed. It is the only third party our pages contact by our choice, and it writes nothing to your browser, which is what keeps the sentence above true. The demo sites under /demo/ are the exception: they show other businesses' designs, and some of them load fonts from Google or remember a setting, such as a chosen theme, in your browser.
02 What our host may set
The site is served by Cloudflare, and a host at that layer can set a cookie of its own to tell a browser apart from a bot. That one is theirs rather than ours: we cannot read it, and it carries nothing about you that we could use.
03 What happens when you leave
Booking a call opens Calendly. The WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok links open those services, and the showcase links open our clients' own sites. Each is a separate company with its own cookies and its own policy, and none of them loads until you choose to go there.
04 Why there is no banner
There is no general US law that requires a site to ask before it sets a cookie, and the state privacy laws that reach cookies apply only above a size this business is nowhere near. Neither is the reason there is no banner here. A banner asks permission to store something, and on these pages nothing is stored.
05 If this changes
Adding advertising, an embedded map or a video would mean changing this page first. If you are reading this on a version of the site that asked you to accept cookies, or that set one without asking, this page is out of date and that is a bug worth telling us about.
