Two things that go on your site and do a job.

Both are built here, both are included while your site is with us, and both are made for a phone at eleven at night, which is when most of this gets read.

Instant quote calculator

A price before anybody has to pick up the phone.

Someone deciding late wants a number. "Contact us for a quote" is the point at which they close the tab and open the next one. This asks three or four questions and gives a range, with no form and nothing to wait for.

  • The arithmetic runs in the browser. There is no server to call, so it answers instantly and keeps working if ours is having a bad day.
  • A range, never a single number, with a line saying the final price depends on seeing the job.
  • Set up per business: your jobs, your prices, your wording. Changing them is editing a file, not booking work.
  • It ends wherever suits. On the demo it hands the estimate to the enquiry form that was already on the page.

Chat that knows your site

Answers the questions your website already answers.

Most of what arrives out of hours is the same handful of questions: what it costs, whether you come to my postcode, whether you are open Saturday. This answers from what is on your site, and hands over the moment it is out of its depth.

  • It says it is automatic, in plain sight and at a readable size, because in the EU it has to.
  • A way through to a person on that same line, rather than buried at the bottom.
  • It keeps out of the way of your cookie bar and your call button instead of sitting on top of them.
  • When it reaches its limit for the month it becomes a message form and your WhatsApp, rather than a dead end.

They wear your colours, not ours.

Both take one brand colour and work everything else out from it, including whether the text on top of it should be white or near-black. The two above are in teialoom green because they are sitting on a teialoom page. On a client's site they are in that client's colour.

What they cost.

That depends on the site they are going on and how much setting up yours needs, so it is a conversation rather than a table. Bring the questions your customers actually ask and we can work out whether either of these would have saved you the call.
