Brazil · Cerrado
Serra
Hazelnut, dark chocolate, an easy finish. The one that goes in the espresso machine every morning.
Roasted in Liverpool · Since 2019
A two-person roastery on the Baltic Triangle. We roast to order twice a week and post the same afternoon, which is why it tastes like it does.
The shop
We would rather roast four things properly than twelve things adequately. Every bag is 250 g of whole beans, or ground for your machine if you say so at checkout.
Brazil · Cerrado
Hazelnut, dark chocolate, an easy finish. The one that goes in the espresso machine every morning.
House blend
Our Portuguese-style espresso. Short, sweet, and it stands up to milk without disappearing.
Ethiopia · Guji
Peach and bergamot, best in a filter. This is the one we make for ourselves on a Sunday.
Colombia · sugarcane
Decaffeinated with sugarcane, not solvents. Tastes like coffee, which is not a given.
Subscription
Pick a coffee and a frequency and we roast it into the rotation. Change it, pause it or cancel it from the link in any email: there is no account to remember.
The roastery
We started in 2019 in a unit off Jamaica Street with a second-hand roaster and a market stall. The stall is gone; the roaster is still here and now has a bigger sibling. If you are nearby on a Saturday, the door is open from ten and there is always something on the brew bar.
