There is no à la carte and there never has been. Twenty-two people sit down at seven, the same seven courses arrive for everyone, and one of us comes out between the fourth and the fifth to say where it all came from.

The room is small on purpose. It is the only way to cook this way without either the food or the service going.

The dining room.

The room

Twenty-two seats, one long table, and a kitchen you can hear.
