Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not during working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm). Evening and weekend emergency call-outs are £95, which includes the first hour of labour.
How quickly can you get to me?
For emergencies we aim to arrive within an hour across Bristol. Routine jobs are usually booked within two to three working days.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All of our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered and carry their ID card. You can check our registration number on the Gas Safe Register website.
Do you guarantee your work?
Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. New boilers also come with the manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer or cash on completion. For larger jobs like boilers and bathrooms, finance is available subject to status.
